Specialty Leasing Coordinator (Corporate)

Summary

The Specialty Leasing Coordinator (Corporate) is responsible for providing guidance and support for all Specialty Leasing Associates.  Must possess high-level skills in communication, research, problem solving, and project management.  Must also have a strong drive for negotiations and building relationships both within the company and with national tenants.  Work responsibilities include responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments and meetings, collecting and compiling data, leading enterprise-wide initiatives and good working knowledge of negotiations and deal making.

 

 

 

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in related field or combination of equivalent education and experience.
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience in the performance of complex and responsible organizational efforts and sales functions.
  3. Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  4. Demonstrated good knowledge of business English, spelling, and grammar.
  5. Familiarity with leasing procedures and documents.
  6. Excellent computer skills including the ability to generate and analyze spreadsheet reports, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Publisher.
  7. Must be well organized, detail oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency.
  8. Must be able to build relationships with mid-level personnel, the public, and co-workers.
  9. Must be able to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and confidentiality.
