General Manager - Indian Mound Mall

Summary
We are seeking a suitable candidate for a General Manager at Indian Mound Mall (Heath, Ohio). The General Manager is under limited supervision of the Vice President, Regional Director of Properties, plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the center. Responsible for providing leadership and devising and implementing strategies to manage the center to its maximum potential. Specific duties involve budget and forecasting, supervising in-house associates, public relations, lease administration and leasing.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, business, or related area, CSM preferred; Five (5) to seven (7) experience in a similar role in the shopping center industry; Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills—principles and people; Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities; Well-developed interpersonal skills; Ability to get along with diverse personalities; Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
