Summary
We are seeking a suitable candidate for Operations Director at Polaris Fashion Place (Columbus, Ohio). The Operations Director is under general supervision of the General Manager, plans, organizes, directs, and controls the daily activities of the center. Specific duties involve budgeting, forecasting, and supervising of in-house associates as well as all contracted activities (security, housekeeping, landscaping.)
Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or related area; Completion of a related course of study from an accredited technical or trade school; Five (5) years of experience in related work, two (2) of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity; Considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and practices used in the building, electrical, or mechanical trade; Willingness to be on call 24 hours a day.
