Project Manager - Development & Construction

Summary
We are seeking a suitable candidate for Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects through the pre-development, design and construction process; provides requested assistance to internal associates for pre-design, design and construction activities; coordinates architects, engineers, contractors and the governmental approval process.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent; 7 to 10 years related experience with a primary focus on retail/development projects; strong knowledge of site engineering/building materials; working knowledge of environmental issues; experience reviewing architectural /engineering drawings; must effectively implement tenant and landlord construction requirements per lease agreements; and must possess strong oral and written communication skills
