GRACE E. SCHMITT, Esq. serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She joined the Company in 2007. In this position, Schmitt is responsible for furthering the development of key HR policies and programs, assisting with organizational planning and talent management, managing associate relations, training and orientation, compensation and benefits, as well as health and safety initiatives and associate services.
Previously, Schmitt served as Director of Human Resources of Casto Management Services located in Columbus, Ohio. Her experience encompassed the areas of organization and leadership development, benefits plan contract negotiation and administration, training, recruiting, and management of employment practices concerns. Schmitt also supervised payroll, advised managers on staffing performance and development concerns, and managed worker's compensation compliance and cost saving measures. In addition to her considerable Human Resources experience, Schmitt also has a construction and retail background. She holds a J.D. from the Ohio State University, College of Law and a B.A. of Business Administration from the University of North Texas where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
