Marshall A. Loeb serves as President & Chief Operating Officer for Glimcher Realty Trust. Loeb provides global direction in all operational areas of the organization. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 until 2007. Loeb oversees Leasing and Operations at Glimcher's shopping malls and community centers. In addition, he is responsible for Marketing, Specialty Leasing, Human Resources, Ohio Retail Security, LLC and Ohio Retail Maintenance, LLC.
Loeb has served as Chief Financial Officer of Parkway Properties , a NYSE Real Estate Investment Trust with assets under management of $1.2 billion. Prior to his experience with Parkway Properties, Loeb was Senior Vice President/Western Regional Director for Eastgroup Properties, a NYSE Real Estate Investment Trust with a focus on industrial properties. Loeb holds an MBA from the Harvard School of Business Administration. He additionally holds a Master of Tax Accounting degree from the University of Alabama.
He is a member of ICSC and NAREIT. Loeb also serves on the Board of the United Way of Central Ohio.
