Cheryl M. Southworth joined Glimcher in January 2010 as Vice President of Information Services. She is responsible for providing solutions, direction and leadership regarding information technology to corporate and field operations and to other business partners.
Prior to joining Glimcher, Southworth served as Vice President of Support Services at Influent, a privately held company that provides inbound, outbound, and business process outsourcing to a number of Fortune 500 and other leading companies. While at Influent, she was responsible for all technical aspects of client relationships, including requirements analysis, scripting, leads processing, reporting and file transmissions. Previously, she held a wide range of IT and project management positions with Wendy's International, Inc. in Dublin, Ohio, with responsibility for the development and implementation of a number of strategically significant Technology, Development and Operations projects.
