MARK E. YALE serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Glimcher Realty Trust. He joined the Company in 2004. In this position, Yale is responsible for the Company’s financial reporting and lease accounting, as well as joint venture transactions, and lending institution relationships.
Previously, Yale served as Manager of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Storage USA, a division of GE Real Estate of Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to the acquisition of Storage USA Inc. by GE Real Estate in 2002, Mr. Yale had been Senior Vice President for Financial Reporting at Storage USA. His experience encompassed the areas of financial reporting, capital formation, strategic planning and productivity improvement. Yale also successfully managed the company’s financial and accounting functions through the acquisition integration. Prior to joining Storage USA, he was a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Baltimore, MD.
