Marshall is an experienced construction executive with over 19 years in the industry. Formerly the Group Manager/Senior Project Manager with Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Tony has handled projects for an impressive list of clients and was the Project Manager with total construction responsibility for Glimcher's flagship property, Polaris Fashion Place located in Columbus, Ohio. Tony possesses a degree in Construction Management Technology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and is currently pursuing his MBA and Master of Science in Management.
