RICHARD F. "Dick" CELESTE has been a trustee of the Company since September 2007. Mr. Celeste's many distinctions include service in both the public and private sectors. He was appointed US Ambassador to India, 1997-2001, Governor of the State of Ohio, 1982-1991, Lieutenant Governor of Ohio from 1974-1978 and Member of the Ohio House of Representatives, 1970-1974.
Mr. Celeste currently serves as the President of Colorado College, a position he has held since 2002. Celeste is a magna cum laude graduate of Yale University as well as a Rhodes Scholar.
Mr. Celeste is a member of the Executive Compensation Committee and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee of the GLIMCHER Board of Trustees.
