TIMOTHY J. O'BRIEN has been a trustee of the Company since May 2007. He has served in numerous leadership roles at the Ford Motor Company from 1973 through 2006, including, Vice President of Real Estate, Vice President of Corporate Relations and the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. O'Brien received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University Law School.
Mr. O'Brien currently serves on the President's Council of the Michigan Environmental Council and the Board of Trustees of Oakwood Healthcare, Inc. He is a member of the state bar associations of Michigan and Florida as well as the United States Supreme Court and United States Tax Court. He is currently an independent business consultant.
Mr. O'Brien is a member of the Audit Committee, Executive Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee of the GLIMCHER Board of Trustees.
