  2. You must include clear photographs of both your product and past display presentations. Photographs will be returned, if requested. If no photos are available, a sketch or merchandising plan must be provided.

    Note: If you send samples, you must include return postage with the value specified. We are not responsible for any damages, theft or loss of items either in possession or in transit.
  3. ALL SET-UPS AND VISUAL DISPLAYS MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL. ALL TENANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A VISUAL MERCHANDISING FEE IF THEY ARE ACCEPTED AS A TENANT WITH THE PROPERTIES.
  4. All requests for space must be submitted in writing. Upon receipt, your application will be reviewed for compatibility with our permanent tenant merchandise mix and, IF approved, will be subject to space availability during the period requested.
