Glimcher To Present At Green Street Advisors Mall Conference

COLUMBUS, OH — January 10, 2008 — Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE: GRT) — today announced that its Chairman and CEO, Michael P. Glimcher, will participate in a panel discussion followed by a question and answer session at the Green Street Advisors Mall Conference & Los Angeles Property Tour on January 15, 2008 in Los Angeles, California. The panel will discuss "Smaller Markets, Smaller Owners — More Opportunities or Risks?" and will include participants from three mall management companies. Green Street Advisors commenced coverage on Glimcher Realty Trust in the fall of 2007 and the Company is pleased to participate in its first Green Street Advisors Mall Conference.
